- Quaker Oats – 2 cups
- Peanuts – 1/2 cup
- Cashew nuts – 1/2 cup
- Almond – 1/2 cup
- Sunflower seeds – 1/2 cup
- Raisins – 1/2 cup
- Cinnamon Powder – 1 tsp
- Maple syrup – 1/2 cup (Also you can use Honey or Date syrup)
- Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
- Dried fruit – 1/2 cup (Cherries, Apple, etc)
- Vegetable oil – 1/4 cup.
1.In a large bowl, mix Oats, cinnamon powder, Cashew nuts, Almonds, Peanuts, Sunflower seeds.
2.Add Maple syrup , vanilla extract , Oil and toss well.Repeat until all of the oats are coated with the Maple syrup mixture.
3.Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking Pan.
4.Spread it out evenly, but leave a few clumps here and there for texture.
5.Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F and bake for 30 min.
6.Then remove from oven.Let it cool completely.
7.Sprinkle some raisins and dried fruit over the granola.
